Another year has come and gone. Thanks for the memories, 2024! Before diving into 2025, the ANDERSON team came together to share our favorite memories from the year, both work- and non-work-related. Take a look back with us.
Ted Anderson (President & CEO)
ANDERSON: The agency had a remarkable year at the Phoenix Ad Club ADDY Awards, winning a record number of trophies, including Creative Professional of the Year for our Creative Director, Sara Cody.
Non-ANDERSON: One of my favorite experiences this year was seeing Dead & Company perform at The Sphere—twice! That venue offers a concert experience unlike any other.
Adrianna Dalpiaz (VP, Account Services)
ANDERSON: First, I had an incredible time at the Arizona Science Center’s Galaxy Gala, celebrating a fantastic client and marking the center’s 40th anniversary. I also loved speaking at an Intro to Marketing class at Grand Canyon University with my work wife, Sara. Thank you, Debbie, at Goodyear Ballpark, for inviting us.
Non-ANDERSON: The Traitors—Phaedra and CT gave us life, and Phaedra’s “Lord Not Ekin-Su” is now iconic. Beyond that, Elmo and Snoop Dogg’s Paris 2024 Summer Olympic Games coverage was everything.
Sara Cody (Creative Director)
ANDERSON: Being honored to win Creative Professional of the Year at the 2024 Phoenix Ad Club ADDY Awards.
Non-ANDERSON: Celine Dion opening the Olympics on the damn Eiffel Tower.
David Chang (Associate Media Director)

Non-ANDERSON: On Juneteenth, Kendrick Lamar made hip-hop history with his surprise concert, “The Pop Out: Ken and Friends,” in Inglewood, CA. This marked his first show since his feud with Drake, and he performed “Not Like Us” an epic five times.
Lindsey Lavine (Media Coordinator)
ANDERSON: The Thanksgiving Potluck, which doubled as our quarterly book club discussion about Atomic Habits by James Clear.
Non-ANDERSON: Viral moments at the Olympics, such as Pommel Horse Guy, Stephen Nedoroscik, and the Australian Breakdancer, Raygun.
