It’s been a minute since we have learned about members of the ANDERSON Team. But with two new-hires, it’s time to get back into it! This week, we are getting to know our new team-wrangler and Project Manager, Alicia!

Describe your role at Anderson in 10 words or less.. GO!

“Manager of personalities, projects and to-do lists.”

What’s your go-to productivity trick?

“A strong cup of coffee, to-do lists and setting priorities.”

What led you to this career path?

“I just fell into it, I had no idea what a project manager was when I started and I am so glad I found out. I love organizing people, calendars and budgets. Most of all I love bringing clarity to chaos.”

If you could add one thing to the office, what would it be?

“The team/people, considering I have yet to be in the office with everyone, #WFHproblems.”

What’s the best advice you were ever given? Who was it from?

“‘A busy person is a happy person.’ My grandma Ortha.”

Who inspires you?

“My family.”

What are you passionate about?

“Community, giving back, and baking.”

What is your favorite thing about this career field?

“Every day is a new day! There is always something new to learn and solve. It definitely keeps me on my toes!”

Favorite place in Arizona? In Phoenix?

“I just moved here so I am still in search of my favorite spot in Phoenix, but I am in love with Sedona and the hiking spots up there.”

What’s one thing you learned recently?

“Always call to get a reservation for brunch.”

What is your guilty pleasure?

“Survivor, and anything chocolate.”

“The people, duh!”
