The Communicator

There’s a new member of the ANDERSON Team! Maddy Mantsch is a critical thinker who thrives in the chaotic energy of an agency—and unwinds with some well-deserved margaritas, chips, and queso. She’s also our new Account Coordinator. Find out more about her in the blog below.

Describe your role at Anderson in 10 words or less. GO!

“Supporting our account services team and managing client expectations!”

What’s your go-to productivity trick?

“Some form of caffeine, my happy lamp, and a playlist that makes me feel motivated (the genre depends on the day).”

What led you to this career path?

“Our world is a constant advertisement and understanding what goes into that means you have the inside scoop on reality.”

If you could add one thing to the office what would it be?

“A nap pod!”

What’s the best advice you were ever given?

My mom has always instilled in me to trust my gut (a.k.a. trust yourself). Every time you stray from your truth it will be less beneficial to you

Who inspires you?

My parents inspire me. They have devoted their lives to bettering themselves and our family. They are my #1 supporters and I strive every day to be as compassionate and giving as they are.

What are you passionate about?

HAVING FUN! I love to travel, eat at new restaurants, and discover new activities to try.

What is your favorite thing about this career field?

The advertising and marketing world is constantly evolving the types of tools, media channels, and tech we get to utilize to produce better content. I like being in a field that keeps you learning and always gives you opportunities to grow.

Favorite place in Arizona? In Phoenix?

When I’m asked to pick my favorite anything my brain will instantly forget everything I’ve ever done in my life! But if I had to pick a genre of great experiences I’ve had while living here would be all the amazing hikes/national park adventures Arizona offers: Oregon Pipe National Park, Petrified Rainforest, and the Coconino National Forest.

What’s one thing you learned recently?

“As I get older putting my health and happiness as a top priority makes me feel and operate better as a human.”

Guilty pleasure?

A LOT OF (margs + chips & queso) = happiness.

Favorite thing about ANDERSON!!

The teamwork and energy every person brings each day that creates a successful unit. I love that no matter how much chaotic energy there might be we know we will get through it together as a team.
