Helping bring our clients’ business goals/dreams to life.
What led you to this career path?
My career journey has been very organic. When I graduated from college, I didn’t know exactly what I wanted to do, but I knew I wanted to blend my educational background in business with my creativity. I landed at a small digital agency right out of school, and I never looked back. 18+ years later, and I’m still working and loving all that I get to do in the agency world.
If you could add one thing to the office, what would it be?
A Pistachio and Sour Patch Kid dispenser would be a dream! That’s my favorite combo snack, by the way. It’s probably a good thing it doesn’t really exist because it would be hard for me to concentrate!
What’s the best advice you were ever given?
When I was younger, I always remember my Uncle saying, “Don’t sweat the small sh!t.” It’s something that has stuck with me, probably because at the time I giggled when my Uncle said the ‘S’ word, but as an adult, that advice is something I’ve always remembered. Sometimes it’s easier said than done when the days get bumpy, but I try to get myself back in that mindset whenever I can.
Who inspires you?
My family inspires me. As I’ve grown older, I appreciate all the small moments, and I love that my family still takes the time to get together and celebrate them. They are always striving to be better and to do good in the world.
What are you passionate about?
I’m passionate about being able to give back. I’ve had a lot of opportunities in my life to learn and grow, and these experiences have shaped who I’ve become today. Throughout my life, people have taken a chance on me, and I want to provide the same support and encouragement to others. Oftentimes, just being seen makes all the difference.
What is your favorite thing about this career field?
I love that it’s constantly changing. There’s never a dull moment, and it allows me to continue learning and evolving.
What is your favorite place in Arizona? In Phoenix?
I like adventures out to Sedona. It’s made up of all the wonderful things that Arizona has to offer. I love the red rocks, enjoying a good stroll through the streets/nature, and finding incredible restaurants to enjoy amazing food at.
What’s one thing you learned recently?
I can down a whole sleeve of Ritz crackers without even blinking! They are so so good, and it’s hard to stop once I’ve started.
Guilty pleasure?
I love being able to binge-watch TV shows on the weekends. Streaming was made for me because when I get hooked on a particular show, I have to keep watching episode after episode. It can become a problem!

Everyone at ANDERSON is so warm and welcoming. As someone who has worked remotely for the past 6 years, it’s really fun to come into the office and hang out with everyone. It’s a small, passionate team that believes in the work they do. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to spend my time with.
