Become (close to) an expert

Nobody graduates college as an expert in their field, but you can get there! Attending conferences and webinars to further your knowledge about your particular field is a great way to “become an expert.” There are also tons of online classes you can take for field-related certifications that last for up to two years before having to re-certify!

Expand your knowledge

And just in case you thought becoming an expert in one field is enough- you’re wrong! Learning beyond your required skills and knowledge could make you a more attractive candidate for job searches in the future.
