Describe your role at Anderson in 10 words or less.. GO!
“The Don, Client BFF, Herder of Cats, Protector of Timesheets and Process.”
What’s your go to productivity trick?
“Starts with Britney Spears and Frank Sinatra, and a project management system and process followed by everyone without any follow up needed.”
What led you to this career path?
“Well, I failed out of the physical therapy program and this major had no classes on Fridays. But really I wanted to work in a collaborative, creative space with no cubicles.”
If you could add one thing to the office what would it be?
“A bartender and more dogs.”
What’s the best advice you were ever given? Who was it from?
“People are different, from my mom.”
Who inspires you?
“My mom. She is the most patient, kind, sunshine and rainbows person on the planet. She sees the best in everyone, in every situation, and always leads with kindness. She often says she isn’t sure where I came from because we are so different. In reality, I wish I was more like her and strive to follow in her footsteps.”
What are you passionate about?
“I am passionate about my family and friends, UA basketball, the NY Giants, Bravo, Britney, Lady Gaga, Vegas, and Disney. But I am mostly passionate about being a good person and making a positive difference in people’s lives.”
What is your favorite thing about this career field?
“Every single day is different with a new challenge or problem to solve. I also love the crazy network of people that this industry provides. Since the landscape of what we do changes each moment, there is always something new to try or consider. As I have progressed in my career, I have found a love for mentoring. Seeing my team grow has been such a treat.”
Favorite place in Arizona? In Phoenix?
“Well, my little bubble and network in Arcadia is by far my favorite place to be in Phoenix. My husband and dogs, my friends, and my favorite breweries and restaurants are all here. I never plan to leave. Flagstaff is my favorite place in Arizona. The climate, the people, the food, the beer. It is by far the best getaway.”
What’s one thing you learned recently?
“The only thing I have control of is myself and my reactions. I’ve known this about myself for a long time, but it is really resonating recently. It can be incredibly hard to implement this, but I am always working on it.”
What is your guilty pleasure?
“Vanderpump Rules, and The Real Housewives of literally ANY CITY.”
Last but not least, what is your favorite thing about ANDERSON?
“THE PEOPLE! THE DOGS!! And of course the amazing team and all of the incredible work we do together.”
