    President

    This is the guy who runs the whole show. He oversees client service, account management, strategic planning, creative conceptualization, media and PR to make sure everything’s up to our exacting standards. He excels at assessing your communication challenge, devising a custom solution for it, and bringing together the perfect team to make it happen. He’s been doing this kind of thing for nearly 30 years now, creating unique, highly specialized marketing plans for a wide variety of clients like Phoenix Children’s, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Mayo Clinic, Phoenix Coyotes, Harkins Theatres, and many, many more. You could say he’s an expert, and you’d be right.

  • Sheri Heitner-Anderson

    Vice President

    The other Anderson in this outfit, Sheri lends a guiding hand to account services, budgeting, and most of all, media planning and buying. That’s not surprising, considering she was a media sales superstar for well over 20 years before jumping on the agency side of things. She has developed promotional strategies and run countless campaigns for a wealth of clients in a wide range of industries, including automotive, retail, entertainment, medical, financial and professional sports. She’s a big believer that service-mindedness is the key to success and prides herself on over-delivering in all of her relationships, personal and professional. That should give you some idea of how she’ll handle your business.

  • Adrianna Dalpiaz

    Director of Account Services

    From her earliest days in 2005 as an account manager at a Scottsdale digital brand agency, Adrianna has demonstrated a natural ability to lead teams through branding and marketing efforts that move business objectives forward, increase ROI and help clients grow. Advancing through positions of increasing responsibility, Adrianna has provided strategic and tactical direction for a rather dizzying array of clients in a broad range of industries. Outgoing and energetic, Adrianna focuses primarily on developing agency-client relationships, building our accounts and mentoring our account service staff to help them perform at their best.

  • Arlyn Stotts

    Senior Creative Strategist

    Arlyn’s in charge of your message, making sure it grabs your audience, gets into their heads and talks them into doing whatever you want. He’s been writing ad campaigns in every kind of medium for a wide variety of national and international clients since 1998, so he has practice. His creativity has been recognized by several Gold ADDYs, a Best in Show, and an appearance in the prestigious One Show award annual. Born and raised in America’s Heartland, Arlyn has a great sense of humor and a tendency to eat a lot of starches.

  • Aaron Castiglione

    Associate Creative Director

    The coolest cat in the advertising business, Aaron has been designing and producing outstanding, award-winning ad campaigns for a wide range of clients since 2003. His expertise covers all media, including print, outdoor, digital, broadcast, packaging, events, social media and breakthrough guerilla marketing. Trained as an industrial designer, Aaron’s designs focus on the end user, with a form-follows-function, less-is-more aesthetic that lends a sophisticated look to all of his work. That sensibility carries over to his other passion in life, jazz drumming in the laidback West Coast style.

  • Shelby Tuttle

    Director of Public Relations

    If there’s one thing Shelby knows, it’s your story—and the best way to tell it. She’s been successfully promoting clients since her first years in the business, developing and executing strategies for some of Las Vegas’ more notable hotels, shows and entertainment venues. Back in her hometown of Phoenix, Shelby brings a killer media instinct to the Anderson team, where she uses her sharp relationship-building skills, networking prowess and communication expertise to help our clients effectively tell their stories in new ways every day.

  • Laurie SantaLucia

    Account Director

    Our multitalented business lead is not only a seasoned account executive with extensive expertise in both advertising and PR, she’s also a classically trained vocalist. That’s right, she sings, she dances, she runs your account. With a business career that began in Boston, Laurie has led trans-Atlantic communications teams for clients in the UK, EMEA and the US. She loves working in the creative industry, and is expert at crafting and implementing market strategies that build your brand.

  • Dustin Perrotti

    Junior Art Director

    Since joining Anderson in 2012, Dustin has created award-winning advertising for clients as diverse as Barrio Queen restaurants, Phoenix Children’s, and the Arizona Democratic Party. As a versatile member of the creative team, Dustin works across all accounts, designing with passion in the pursuit of fresh, original ideas. Whether it’s music, design, photography or film, Dustin has always loved the arts. A hardcore soccer fan, he plays in three amateur leagues, and when he’s not stancing out his wagon or hitting the highway on his Suzuki Boulevard, he’s killing zombies on Xbox live.

  • Cassie Anfinson

    Public Relations Coordinator

    A newly minted PR professional when she arrived at ANDERSON, Cassie quickly became the go-to point of contact on our Public Relations team. She coordinates with clients to provide invaluable assistance in managing requests and expectations, multitasking projects and maintaining account deliverables, on deadline with energy and ideas to spare. An avid hiker, crafter and concert-goer, Cassie loves animals, traveling and macaroni & cheese.

  • Justin Gagen

    Motion Graphics Artist/Video Editor

    The complete videographer, Justin has been developing professional, award-winning video work for Anderson’s clients since onboarding with us in 2012. A seasoned technician and proudly self-proclaimed techno geek, Justin is proficient in every phase of production, with specialized expertise in editing, 3D animation, visual effects, motion graphics and cinematography. He brings a studied understanding of the visual language of film to his work, along with an unforgivable penchant for puns. Nonetheless, Justin’s commitment to professionalism shows in his work, whether writing, shooting, editing or animating high-quality content for web and TV.

  • Katie Stout

    Content Marketing Specialist

    Both a writer and strategist, Katie brings a combination of creative and analytical skills to her role at Anderson. She has an extensive background in developing wide-ranging content as a communications specialist, monitoring social pages and writing blogs, emails and landing pages for a diverse set of clients. She works closely with the Director of Digital Strategy, Account Service team and Creative department to generate content that delights and educates our clients’ customers, while moving them toward our business objectives.

  • Kate Sitter

    Account Coordinator

    Kate came to us straight from the Barrett Honors College of Arizona State University, and we were fortunate to get her. Talented, accomplished, and possessing a wide range of communication skills, Kate was tailor-made for a career in advertising and public relations. Born one week late in the middle of a blizzard on January 1, she certainly knows how to make an entrance, and she has a puzzle-piece mindset when it comes to your account, taking pleasure in analyzing your brand message and targeting your primary audience. Not phased by adversity, Kate sees challenges as opportunities to get better results in different ways. She believes creative collaboration sets agencies like ANDERSON apart, and she never tires of reaching across departments to work toward shared success.

  • Marta Balcerak

    Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

    Our goodwill ambassador and all-around agency assistant hails from Ontario, Canada, which explains why she’s so genuine. Multitasking and prioritizing come second nature to her, after six years of experience at advertising agencies in Toronto, and state and city governmental agencies in Tucson and Phoenix. A fan of fashion and shopping, Marta also enjoys hiking, yoga and hanging out with her husband and Polly, their adorable poodle mix. She loves to travel, the more tropical the better, and hopes to visit Bali someday soon.

  • Alex Ardinger

    Digital Media Buyer/Planner

    Alex knows how to approach a communication challenge from a variety of angles, and nail it every time. She leverages her unique cross-disciplinary background in both public relations and social media to integrate and organize digital tactics that grow business for our clients and get immediate results. She strategically plans, buys, tracks and analyzes digital media while keeping abreast of new technologies and emerging digital trends. She also recently discovered that she loves to cook, so be sure to ask about her favorite recipes.

  • Ricky Delfeld

    PPC/Paid Media Digital Specialist

    Ricky has an uncanny ability to create, analyze and optimize digital marketing programs that make all our clients’ business dreams come true. He uses his command of analytics to devise, execute, measure, track and report the results of a wide variety of campaigns. He also purchases and places all online advertising, providing day-to-day PPC and SEM management. He knows his stuff. Prior to joining our happy agency, Ricky was a Google Agency Account Manager for Revana, managing a book of business that included $300,000+ in net-new revenue.

  • John Tucker

    Creative Coordinator

    As the traffic and production point person at ANDERSON, all roads eventually lead to John. A professed master planner with backup plans for his backup plans, John manages the daily creative department workflow to ensure we produce each deliverable to spec, exceeding expectations. A world traveler who speaks, writes and reads three languages besides his native English—Italian, Ukrainian and Russian—John can think of a dozen different ways to say yes, we’ll get the job done.

  • Gabby Ely

    Accounting Manager

    As the accounting genius maintaining ANDERSON’s general ledger, Gabby compiles our financial reporting, manages monthly invoices, and tracks all billables, payments received and outstanding balances. She also administers payroll, which makes her among the most popular people at ANDERSON. A proud mama bear who’s passionate about her family, she loves dogs, cats and any other furry companion, including her husband, whom she considers her best friend.
